All Current Digital E Spot, Inc. clients have access to FREE email technical support . One of our highly trained support specialists will respond either via email or telephone, usually within 24 hours.
Premier Support -
Clients with a current Premier Support contract receive priority access to a support technician and will receive a response within 2 hours either via email or telephone depending upon the severity and support response required. Premier Support contracts are available starting for as low as $49/month depending upon the options selected. Contact our sales department for further information. Dedicated server clients are strongly urged to obtain a Premier Support contract.
Sales Department -
Our sales department is the one stop resource for all other questions of a non-technical nature. You can receive further information and pricing regarding any of our products and services by email or telephone.
